Problem Statement
- GIOS was looking for a company to build a Dynamics CRM for Citizen’s Advisory Bureau, UK. Customerwanted automated MSCRM 4.0 Administration to performed using a plugin for automated user creation, site and BU based on certain conditions like bureau location, site location.
- Replace the existing Legacy Application “Citizen Advice Management system (CASE)”.
- Provide enhanced features to end-users.
- Follow best practices of CRM for custom features.
Solutions Delivered
- Dynamics CRM project is designed and developed for Citizen’s Advisory Bureau, the UK and this project is the replacement of the existing Legacy Application “Citizen Advice Management system (CASE)”, the earlier legacy application was developed using VB 6.0 and the Proposed Case Management system was based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Service Module to meet the requirements of Client.
- Developed Excel To PETRA tool to import complex excel data into MS CRM 4.0, this tool was developed using .net framework and MS CRM 4.0 web services to import uncategorized data in worksheet properly inserted as MSCRM records of an entity, this is a complex application tool with revolutionary features to end result proper insertion of imported data in MSCRM 4.0.
- Best Practices were implemented in terms of CRM Custom Development for plugins, we have used Object Relational Mapping (N-tier Architecture)
- Data Analysis and integration was performed on Client CRM using Scribe Insight 7.0.1.
- Excellent Project Management Techniques used as defined by PMBOK/ PRINCE 2.
- Correspondence Views were developed using integration with ASP.NET Grid views to meet the complex requirement of the client.
- This project was Integrated with revolutionary Third-party scanning solutions like DYNANSOFT WEBTWAIN ActiveX scanning solution for the Automated letter Activity creation.
- Tools & Technologies used: CRM 4.0, Visual Studio 2010, SQL 2008 R2, Windows 2008 R2, Scribe 6.5.1 & 7.0.1, Dynamsoft Web Twain ActiveX
