Our Customer, EXIDE, is a leading battery manufacturer that has plants across India, Sri Lanka, and the USA. The customer product portfolio includes different types of VRLA, automotive batteries and alternative energy solutions including solar energy.
Problem Statement
- The Customer was looking for a solution provider to develop IT solutions to automate production planning, capture the data from all assembly points, Work In Process (WIP) solutions, production performance measurement, dispatch planning/delivery.
